I agree with this.
Don't get me wrong, this episode was fucking incredible visually and I really appreciate it.
It was also a decent length:
However the structure of the plot did make it feel quite unfulfilling ending where it did. I'd rather he didn't do that again because it felt like episode 7 part 1 rather than just "episode 7" and he's just named it as such, perhaps, because the feedback is that part releases kinda suck - and the episode length got out of control in development.
I have no complaints about the content, the writing, or the visuals - just that one thing: only it's quite big because it's your final impression of the episode.

Updated my compressed Android port of Ripples with LightmanP's multi-mod to v0.7.0 Beta.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.
Due to the size of this game, I've split it out so you will need to install the apk, run it to get it to create the game folder that can be found in your Documents folder: Documents/Eonor/e.ripples/game. Then move the archive.rpa file into that folder and re-run the port.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the ports and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

BAD takes twice as long for what feels like twice the content which seems fair.
Hard agree that Caribdis seems to produce more content per update for similar dev times, but also Ripples has better IQ, even if it's using the less attractive HS1 models (Personal taste variable here) and thus it probably takes Jestur a lot more time to set up lighting to get it looking so good. Whether you think it's worth it is, again, a personal variable.

Not even sure it much of an advertising. If you don't know the other game already, you wouldn't know where the character is from anyway.
I think it is more of an in-joke since both know they have overlapping player bases.

Just finished the update. I think it was criminal to have so much Darci content and yet not give her a scene. It looks like all the girls are going out to a party next update, so she better get one then!
It looks like they changed the way time travel works. It's now in a modern laboratory and controlled. An interesting development to say the least. I wonder what the motive behind whoever is responsible for that is. They even have a designated leave time, and there is no rush to get them out of the past.
We finally got to see Shit Ninja too! I think we all had a feeling it was Darci.
The Scarlett scene was brilliant. I am a little disappointed there were so few scenes though. Only 3, and one of them was really just a cute moment with Jenny, not really a full-fledged scene. This one had a lot of action and story development though. With this party coming up and no current stakes, I expect there to be plenty of scenes next time.
I also didn't get the Khloe and Valerie scene. What are the choices required to unlock that path? I didn't recall making any major decisions that would lead to a different outcome. Is this instead of sitting in the park with Scarlett, or the coffee date with Jenny?
