I came back to this game after a few years and downloaded the most recent version to start from scratch, but it doesn't launch at all, anyone have a similar issue that they were able to fix?

That its why I start a new game I knew it that with the edit stuff If I post my save there it would be problems and bug after bug.
Also I am playing With the no compress version.

You can find out how access them in the new progress tracker room. Each of his events are listed in there. The three new ones in V0.3.0 are:
1. During the quest "ending the strike", Terindus offers to help deal with the rebels.
2. After taking Hypatia, but before meeting the priest in the bar, Terindus can be found in the religious district.
3. After completing the quest "bandit problems", Terindus can be found talking to the merchant's guild leader.
Not sure if this is possible but I think I progressed too far into a game where it just broke...? I used the new progress tracker and it tells me to go talk to Bogthos in Fernsdin (Conquest of Hypatian Capital), but when I go to where Bogthos should be, nobody is there except for non-interactable Yuma sprite in the cells.
There are 3, one is him giving you an alternate route to solve the workshop striker problems in Gilias (when advancing to conquer the human kingdom), one of him talking to the priest that eventually defects to help form your new religion in the capital once you take it, and one of him talking with the merchant guild leader about securing trade routes. If you've loaded a save from V0.2.14 that went to the end of that content I don't think you can see any of them and you'd instead have to start a game from when you first attack the wall to see them.
Tried to save my game, but it's not saving. Anytime I click a file to save over it keeps playing a sound and not saving. Any help would be appreciated.
Just lost 3 hours of progress because the game I had saved never registered that I saved it, and the game froze. To say i'm pissed is an understatement.

Satomi image stays there after interacting with her, even clicking surroundings wont remove her picture.
Im also surprised by the quest tracker, seems some stuff is labelled not complete.
Character quest ayumi is still bugged as it is still listed despite done quest.
Do you want to link the save?

Foolish question but what are the locations where I can download the game in its current form? The way I used before does not seem to be working and I am looking for somewhere else to get the game.

Which systems are you playing, and is it the compressed or non-compressed version? The game not saving properly as described usually happens when your system doesn't allow the game to create or modify the save folder, and save files. Make sure your system didn't automatically deny the game permissions to make and change the save folder and save files.
These bugs have been fixed in the development version, and the fixes will be included in the next version.
Could you explain what you mean by this? Are some of the download links not working for you?
Old save data no longer works and we need to start over with version 3.0, right? To avoid bugs if nothing else.

that did not work. still invisible and i was able to use the book to teleport me away but every map i go into i cannot see my character.

The vast majority of old saves should still work so long as they aren't pre-V0.2.0. Though, there is some new and changed content that you won't see without starting a new game.
