I suppose so, but i gave a hint back there, the Claremont-Byrne run was the thing that drew me into comics, and after that i drifted away to Euro style Comics. Not too long after the Phoenix Saga ended. In the books, i mean. When the movies came out, i was the annoying dude in the Theater explaining the lore to the kids who for the most part, didn't knew jack about the Universe. In the Phoenix Saga, Kitty was 13. These characters are based off of the tv show X-Men Evolution, hence the title. Wiki says she is aged anywhere from 15-18.

Wasn't she dating Colossus pretty early on though, when he was somewhere around 20 and she still very much underage?
That would make the situation quite similar to the game, although they might have retconned that part out later.
Then I suppose we'll pretend she's 18 for the sake of everyone's peace of mind.
Yeah, she started dating Colossus, but that was much, much later, and it was one of those "no second base for you" kinda relationships. Not at all like Logan, as soon as he showed up, he was really going for Jean Grey, and she was kinda falling for him, and Cyclops was getting more pissed by the second. Now, THAT is some Porn material, right there.

I don't think there's a lot of events atm, Oni's an artist before being a dev, Rogue-Like is more like a side-project in his free-time than a game he makes money on so don't expect to see too much events before a fairly long time. What bithers me the most now with this game is in the current version you can visit Xavier's study but in serves no purpose at all or at least none that I've found. You can come in with both of the girls naked and there's absolutely no reaction whatsoever programmed according to what the girls are wearing, he should have wait to implement some content with the location before puting it in the game.

There are a lot of options for games that allow dress up. Depends what you want as a game style. Illusion games are 3d games where you can create your girls and then make them wear the clothes that you want them to wear. But if that ain't your style, I'd suggest clicking on the corruption tag, above the OP, and see what games fall under that category. Often corrupting your girl includes making her wear lewder and lewder clothing.
