So, any chance that you'll release some sprite versions so it can be modded into the game? Looking at it, all the lovecraftian bits could probably be made into a sprite replacing one or all of the three vagina sprites for the 69 pose (Betsy_69_Pussy_Closed.png, Betsy_69_Pussy_Fucking.png, and Betsy_69_Pussy_Open.png). For some inexplicable reason, all the 69 sprites are upside down compared to how they are displayed, but that's likely rather strait forward to fix.

Another (bug?): when you have a team of two following you and you enter a room with already two girls playing, weird things can happen... Maybe a framework for multiple girls in the same room (without them leaving) could be implemented as a fix.
