I doubt that the illusion will do a high-heel system , they have had many opportunities for this, but they prefer to do Ctrl C -> Ctrl V in each new game. For 2022, these graphics and physics look very dated.
The gameplay looks interesting, but atm it's not worth the dload. You can get the same experience just opening the char editor of HS2 or AIS, but without the mods.

They can, but choose not to do, because it will mess-up their animation system, when arranging actors in a sex scene. You can see this multiple time, in their game with high-heel mod, or game like Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout with sex mod and high-heel mod. Either not doing high-heel or make every shoes high-heel, but again make every shoes high-heel there is still bare feet. Unless they create a complex system to arrange actors whenever it is high-heel or not, it is fine if the female is lying on the ground or up in the air when in sex scene, but when her high-heeled shoes touch the ground the system need to do iot job to properly arrange her position to align with the height increases of high-heel while don't make the animation look awkward.
Anyway since i'm not a developer or professional IT guy, that is all i can say within my understanding
To be fair, for a hentai game, it look acceptable, it is not like they earn AAA game level of profit, or do patreon-type of development

Ughhh looking at the gameplay and judged by the censored dick and vagina i'm guessing they still don't bother with making actual physics for the genitals -_- I hate it when penis is just a hard solid object without any physics like jingle or when it enter the vagina, penis in illusion games are not bend and is just straight like it is not made of flesh and it moves all over the place rather than stay in the hole making it uninteresting to look at.

It's been like this ever since mate and Japan has some censorship guidelines which is difficult for them. That's where modders will come in with a clutch and add some detail there

As far as I understand the new code is pretty shitty to mod
solidgirl is outstanding game for a genre but it is a simgame, and training/torture are not as extreme as in those i mentioned.I recommend SoldGirl Town (it's 3D)

For example realistic penetration has been a thing in Illusion games since 2020 in Ai Shouyo and Honey Select 2 without relying on resource demanding collision that destroys performancethrough physics because main game relies on pre-set animations.
Similarly in Studio there is plugin to slave penis to track vagina as too visual effect can be made to see penetration of uterus.
You judge a game based on trial that only has character editor without waiting for game release to judge gameplay. Idiocy.

Futa has been option in Illusion games since 2019 with Ai Shouyo.
That is half true and half false because issue is solely on plugins being written for Mono while RG is first Illusion game in IL2CPP.
Once those are adapted/rewritten, vast majority of mods from AiS and HS2 will work in RG.
People like you do not know meltdown Honey Select 1 community had when they could not port their characters to HS2.
Illusion Soft does not make mods and they have no obligation to support such while their choice for IL2CPP is smart because it utilizes computer hardware better thus there are a dozen characters in Casino map with few males present.
Tell me you don't know anything about RoomGirl without telling me you don't know anything about RoomGirl.
Version of Unity engine RG is using is huge departure from one in AiS and HS2.
