Too many clicking. The game is too focused on the room rather than the story.

@declannl , I played it in Mac with Wine and works pretty well.
This game has the BEST graphics I have ever seen. I made all my efforts for to play if from Mac as soon as I saw the screen shoots.
My congratulations to the developer for the incredible quality of the graphics.
BTW.- Sorry, but I gave up just at half wallpaper event. It is a really bad

Damn. Didn't run into that issue, since I saved after every small sequence, and kept reloading question choices till I found an answer that seemed to work. But yeah, pretty clear there's only one correct path at the moment, and some unusual design choices were made to keep players on it.
Heh. This could all be conditioning for the long-term plan, which is making players develop the game themselves.

I didn't play through it, what I played was enough though, to realize how utterly frustrating the gameplay is.
Why the hell do you feel the need to defend this crap anyway.. jeez?
I mean, I can get defending a game's story or fe. sandbox mechanisms, but why would anyone feel the need to defend a game that wants you to click several dozen times, just for the MC to paint a room?
That's just fucking annoying.

Well, it is indeed a (very) annoying game. no flow, just clicking all rime long and getting nowhere.
this game needs some major tweeks. when putting things together or when doing wallpaper or parket, dev should give an idea on how to place the yhing in the right place. and make the things you'll have to do less repeating just the same things over and over and over again.
no explinations, or guide on what to do or how to play.
graphice are decent. gameplay sucks.
If you have loads of time to play just play this game. If you want to play somewhat faster this game is NOT for you.
dev needs to considder, we are gamers, and if the game sucks like this, you'll never get the game to be played.
I gave up after 3 (yes three hours) of playing and still didn't get the room finished.
dev, make the things we need to do better by making the placement visable and magnet like, so the players don't need to spent hours of playtime to get nowhere... also make the game easyer to get ahead. when you wallpaper the place, the first few could be like you programmed it, but whats the point of having the whole room clicking 24 times for one piece on the wall, where you need 20 pieces on the wall....
when putting things together, make it visuable where to put things. and no I don't mean in the room, but in the ikea like building of desks and drawers...
highlight the clickable objects, so palers can go forward....

Haha well do'n play the moving van part then, because it takes up all night. Only 3 items per go.
The renpy version will make it go way faster, but something attract me in this game (not the houseremoddeling part).
Next update will probably be the internet connection part, but i am curious what the dev will come up with to make the game interesting after that. I mean, i don't hope you'll have to redesign the rest of the appartement for the girls.
And ehhm, the girl is, even without internet, too dumb for her age. She should be a bit more smarter. Thats a bit annoying

It's just the classic age up the girl to 18 when in reality her mental state is that of a toddler.
I mean even a 10 year old is more aware of stuff than her these days.

Wow what a game. I think everything has pretty much been covered, but what's totally illogical is you paint the ceiling, and then you go through ALL that hassle to put up **WHITE** wallpaper? I mean that's just nuts, use the same paint on the walls.
Then that wallpaper table. How can clicking on 1 part of the table (if it was the wrong bit) makes the rest of the table fold backup? Totally bonkers.
I also don't know where he plugged that sound system and tv in as their were no GPOs on the walls, yet we had to wire the light.
That was the most annoying game I've Never played ....

If I wanted a tutorial in DIY I would go onto Youtube but I came here to play a game.I did some wallpapering and that was enough for me.This has to be one of the worst games that I've tried to play,it was just so tedious that I wanted to pull my hair out and this is the kindest things I can say about this game!I so wanted to finish the room to see if something good actually happens in the game but I just didn't have the will to go any further,I'm sorry but for me personally I would rate this minus 5 stars!
