You have to type %appdata% into your search bar in the start menu, then navigate into the game's file from there. It's in your hard drive.

I'm at Dominance 8. How long before I can do that? At most I can only remove almost all of her clothes and just shift them when it's with the little girl.

the most safe thing for that before Dominance 9 is do it slowly or do it at the Blowjob phase of the train (ofc this would mean you basically have to skip that part to get her naked)
