Either they are working on it in secret or just taking a break. (Or you know just stopped working on these types of games.)
They are semi active on twitter but just retweeting either friends or games/developer updates about the H game they are working on.

I stumbled upon this game a week or two ago and have been having a fun time with it. Somehow managed to get most of the endings only to learn from here I lacked No. 7, the anal ending. At the same time I don't feel like going through another set of five days to focus on only that so I'm going to mess with dev mode and some of the other mods that've been posted within the pages. Also thanks to those responsible for the translation.
If I understand your question, as soon as you upload everything 100 percent, a free mod will open for you and you can do whatever you want
