I think she was in the tavern or somethingA question here: after obtaining the Usirion Heart, I went to Slinsk after sleeping in the castle, but cannot seem to find Mayla. What am I missing?

Why did you bother corrupting Meredith just for a small bit of affection points?I do, but I was looking at the quest in the walkthrough, and I saw that if you choose to corrupt the nuns during the quest that you can actually GAIN affection with Meredith if she is 10CP or higher, so I did stuff to make that happen, but now I can't even start the quest.
Update: It looks like that was it, I reloaded an old save and he gave the quest this time, so I guess I just needed to start the quest before corrupting Meredith.
All you can do with the precious stones is sell them; they're just shiny rocks m8.Quick question: during emeks rest there is a side quest for xel'mira (chimera girl) the reward is an item called "precious stones". How do I use them and what do they do?
Also what does the "mark of the spirit" do? Its one of the weapon augmentations and just says spirits aid you in combat.
Well, I checked every building, including those which are for different origins of MC. I also extensively went through the castle (lots of subtle and humorous things there). There's an Inn in Slinsk, but I am at a loss for any tavern there.I think she was in the tavern or something
Here is where she should be found at the Slinsk Inn, after you have obtained the Usirion Heart:Well, I checked every building, including those which are for different origins of MC. I didn't corrupt her just for the affection points. I noticed that out of the early side quests, that one is somewhat unique in that if she is corrupt you gain affection, while if she isn't you lose affection. I was trying to do it in such a way that I optimized both my CP and AP gains. I found out how to work it for the record, though unfortunately it does involve leaving the succubus behind for a bit. Ultimately for most people it probably wouldnt be worth the effort, but I am a bit of a perfectionist. Why did you bother corrupting Meredith just for a small bit of affection points?
You can get very high affection with everyone (including Succubus) by going straight Paragon anyway. I suggest Good/Evil playthrough.I didn't corrupt her just for the affection points. Agree to disagree; there are a lot of nice scenes in act 3 and you'd be missing out if you just stopped playing after act 2.the sex scenes are few and far between
There's really nothing gained from playing through Act 3.
Due to the fact that 4.4 is out right now, a few patches (A,B,C etc) will follow. They might already have been fixed, I am not sure. If bugs like these still exist after the bug fix series, I'll fix a few myself since I am working on a mod for the combat anyway. There are a lot of bugs with timers in combat right now. Effects that are supposed to go off after a delay (like Clawyn's backstab) go off instantly, some combined effects (like a Templar's Censure) have the stun lasting as long as the other debuff, with the result that Templars get a 1 point 10 second stun that works on everything.
