Explain to me how using the in-game mechanics, that are specifically pointed out to you in an introductory quest, amounts to abusing the system.
Because no game is supposed to run on one-shot machine of protagonist. Any game system should present a challenge at least to some degree, otherwise you may as well remove it. And if game system is so ridiculously prone to overpowering, it may as well not exist.

Literally. At the current state of this game we may as well walk around the world and collect scenes by talking to characters. Heck - it would've been more interesting than whatever we play now. Even the most basic adventurer class could easily kill entire enemy squad in 1-3 hits and basically solo the entire game.

As it stands now, the combat system may as well be not present. It does little but eat our time, because there is not challenge - and no interest in using it. Just build your one-shot WMD of a protagonist and bulldoze each and every engagement in one or few turns, without ever thinking about what to do. This is not how any, even the most simplistic combat system should work.

And in case you wonder - I am not against it, I do the same myself in practically any game I play. But at the same time I feel that I must acknowledge that (almost) no game should be run like that. That I am abusing the game mechanic to make myself an unstoppable boring bulldozer.

I don't know what these guys problem is tbh. they seem to hate galleries, didn't add one at all, just stole reds work then never kept it updated. Arenus had no save slots because they "want choices to matter" but like half the game runs on rng, even getting scenes. Then there's the Vesunna and Vesper questlines which both end up kicking players in the balls over grade school platitudes. I can't imagine giving them money at this point.
i said this some pages ago, this game is literally the Star Citizen of porn game.

Git gud, lol. On a serious note, just get and equip stat-boosting items from the castle forge. My warlock is capable of one-shotting bosses with the right equipment and items.
then you miss my point, it's not about making the game easier, it's about making the game not stupid.

Sometimes I am puzzled to no end by devs' logic. Precipice of Act II, one step from the final battle and destruction of Murkhal.

Lone oldman who summoned Murkhal into existence ages ago. Who caused this whole crysis by this single deed. Who was forced to watch as his people and family were slaughtered by newlymade deity. Who was cursed to roam the wasteland evermore, with grief, regret and despair as his only companions.

And I decide to end him. To punish the man behind the slaughter. To put him out of his unthinkable misery.

You've become more corrupt, -5 morality.

Are you fucking kidding me?!

In what world of clowns and brainworms is this considered an immoral action? What kind of alien logic is this? Its not just some old guy - its the reason all of it happened, someone with unquantifiable amount of corpses on his consciousness, someone who suffered immensely and would've been suffering evermore.

Why the game treat this situation as Hero killing an innocent, full of life person?
I have the same many questions about this game.
There is a feeling that some parts and elements of the game were made by other studios that were simply paid.

Vanishingly small possibility. Too complicated explanation for something that in most likelyhood is simple result of script lost between many people and many years of development.

Besides, who would they outsource it to and how? Is this even practised among porngame devs?

Lmao the ai art looks absolutely dog shit, someone has already said but ai art is not at the point were it can provide the nuances needed in expressions for a porn game, generating pure porn without faces or not caring about how the face looks the same? yeah it can do it. But the faces will always end up samey because you can only train your model on a set number of expressions and faces, and even then the ai will struggle to stray or make adjustments to them. And since they are doing it with one specific character that shrinks the pool even further and just ends up with this deadpan seen 100 times before look.

I haven't checked on this game in years and come by to see they are replacing the art with ai stuff lol how sad. What's the reason for this decision? If they really wanted to experiment with this they should of just made a new game and made it ai art only or some shit

That's a valid point, but think of it this way - you don't *have* to over-optimize your character into a one-shot machine, you can slot in as many or as little stat-boosting items and get the challenge(or lack of) that you want.

The problem is - my character slipped into one-shot machine role by accident this time. I actually tried to make it out of Rulwe - great success it was - but Hero was supposed to take a backseat and be carried around by his green betentacled friend. I was just giving Hero the best I could find, even without him playing the first role, and yet he very quickly turned unstoppable.

And - imagine that! - I wasn't farming orbs and glyphs. I've opened cores two times, each time around two dozens. Optimization-wise my build lacks not only optimization, but the build itself. Its just a mash-up of powerful items and basic attacks spam, and I could've done it much better.

And yet, just by the natural flow of the game, my Hero have become an overpowered killdozer in basically no time. I didn't even try to make him overpowered on purpose. Just picked Eraser from Slinsk, then couple of perks and Mark of Warrior - voile!

This isn't right.

damn this new """god""" ending is lazy as hell. it just shuffles the other endcards depending on 4 obvious choices then gives a generic "you are an avatar of (choice). (choice) is inevitable" at the end. even the post credit scene doesn't really change, eliyas just says they have to wait for your divinity to wear off. mayla stuff with the PC was good I guess.

Oh, so you've played through this route. Good!

Please tell me how to play it and, specifically, how to open new Mayla scenes.

I actually knew this and used that line at the start and it still didn't work. I've read elsewhere it's a bug that occurs if you visit her before you go to the Deep Woods and there doesn't seem to be a work around unfortunately.
I posted this a while back, but you may find it useful:

You can reset to the point where she asks you to get the ingredients and even if you previously picked them up it will work.
I just tested it and it doesn't do a check for that variable until later.
So... Here are the settings for each of the stages:

Set variable 920 = 2 (Request for ingredients)
Set variable 920 = 5 Set variable 918 = 3 (1st possible scene / cook stew)
Set variable 920 = 10 (Rilke in garden / planning to visit son's grave)
Set variable 920 = 15 Set switch 4783 = On (Rilke at grave)
Set variable 920 = 17 (Confess spying / 2nd possible scene)
Set variable 920 = 20 (Final scene)

Of course you also have to have her affection high enough and not piss her off during your conversations. There are certain paths that will end any future interactions with Rilke (no matter how high her affection is).

I think i messed up with Rilke (the orc that lives in cabin on your castles land) by not groping her. No matter what i do i can get her to stay, and i dont have a save file that goes that far back, and if i did i would lose a lot of completed content. Is there any way to either reset her quest line, or change the outcome?

Necromant,
I completed a female playthrough today and I really don't know where to start.
A part of me does have the urge to go on a huge rant, but another part is just so fucking done with this trash.
It actually has come so far that I started to loathe the devs and their work. It's not even a case of shit dev and great game anymore, only shit dev and shit game. At this point I have more respect for Yandere dev than that filth.

Anyway... I still have access to their Patreon for this month, so take 6.2, even though the entire product belongs in the shitter, as somebody else already said 20 or 30 pages before.
