It's... sort of complicated.
NTR is more about the betrayal of trust than the physical act of bedding someone else. In Adorevia, people in your party are very sexually liberal for the most part - they're far more comfortable with casual physical flings than in the real world. As far as I can tell, the love interests you can form strong emotional bonds with (as opposed to, say, the group tentacle monster or the succubus) won't ever fuck someone behind your back because of your inadequacy or as a means to belittle the PC.
However, it is possible to see someone you're involved with having sex with someone else, especially if you've pushed them to be more sexual or corrupt. Even so, it's not treated as "you're not good enough" but rather "here's a chance to have a threesome."
I can't definitively answer your question because I don't typically play this kind of game in a way where my PC would be bothered by it - but I will say that in both my male and female "do good and fuck everyone" approaches, I have never had someone in the party run off and betray me. Did I walk in on the woman I was having a kid with domming a tentacle monster? Yes. Did she know I was watching and then invite me to join her? Also yes. It's that kind of game.

I will also add that the game doesn't reward you for being monogamous, it rewards you for being kind, understanding, and sympathetic to the people you're with. If you want to fuck a lot of people and have deep relationships with them, you can do that, and choosing to only have a relationship with one person doesn't significantly alter the experience - it just means you get less of it.
Fair and in depth answer. I guess it should be treated more like a Trials in Tainted Space type mindset than a VN type experience.

Once you obtain the castle near Oakshire go inside and look for the big mirror, interact with it and choose your perks with your mouse by clicking.
Trying to start the Paladin side quest in Oakshire but he just says I can see the evil in you and I cant start quest.
I do, but I was looking at the quest in the walkthrough, and I saw that if you choose to corrupt the nuns during the quest that you can actually GAIN affection with Meredith if she is 10CP or higher, so I did stuff to make that happen, but now I can't even start the quest.
Update: It looks like that was it, I reloaded an old save and he gave the quest this time, so I guess I just needed to start the quest before corrupting Meredith.

Quick question: during emeks rest there is a side quest for xel'mira (chimera girl) the reward is an item called "precious stones". How do I use them and what do they do?
Also what does the "mark of the spirit" do? Its one of the weapon augmentations and just says spirits aid you in combat.

A question here: after obtaining the Usirion Heart, I went to Slinsk after sleeping in the castle, but cannot seem to find Mayla. What am I missing?

Why did you bother corrupting Meredith just for a small bit of affection points?
All you can do with the precious stones is sell them; they're just shiny rocks m8.
As for the spirit mark, I had it on for a while and never noticed anything, so it probably does nothing as of now, or maybe it does something if you die.

Well, I checked every building, including those which are for different origins of MC. I also extensively went through the castle (lots of subtle and humorous things there). There's an Inn in Slinsk, but I am at a loss for any tavern there.

bptjr3, thanks, most kindly. What is bizarre is that nothing shows on my screen. However, I went to the area and clicked and Voila!
I didn't corrupt her just for the affection points. I noticed that out of the early side quests, that one is somewhat unique in that if she is corrupt you gain affection, while if she isn't you lose affection. I was trying to do it in such a way that I optimized both my ** and AP gains. I found out how to work it for the record, though unfortunately it does involve leaving the succubus behind for a bit. Ultimately for most people it probably wouldnt be worth the effort, but I am a bit of a perfectionist.
You can get very high affection with everyone (including Succubus) by going straight Paragon anyway. I suggest Good/Evil playthrough.
Just finished it for the first time after like three restarts halfway through. Boy howdy does the quality take a nosedive after Act 2. Power progression basically stops, enemies don't get any harder and we don't get any stronger, most of the systems from Act 1 and Act 2 get abandoned or left in stasis, the sex scenes are few and far between, and the writing goes from weak to downright atrocious.
And yeah, I get it, it's a porn game. But titles like The Last Sovereign have proved that you can have a porn game where the creator knows what a bloody comma is, what a sentence fragment is, and that gluing syllables together with apostrophes does not a compelling fantasy setting make!
Not to mention the quality control apparently also flies out the window, if the number of mangled sentences, grammatically incorrect sentences, sentences with leading or trailing characters cut off by formatting errors, and repeated sentences is anything to go by.
Bleh.
Still. It's a finished game, even if the conclusion feels rushed, and that's a rare thing in this genre. If I were giving advice to anyone, it'd be to quit after the end of Act 2 and then just pick out the epilogue slides that match your choices. There's really nothing gained from playing through Act 3.
