Nah, it's just that Visa and MasterCard cracked down on NSFW content, and so PixivFanbox were forced to remove those cards from their services, just like Fantia did. They also removed PayPal, rendering it practically impossible to buy Fanbox content from the west.

Let me know if there's an alternative, because this guy deserves every single cent.
