Before the entrance to the slums you'll see a tombstone. Interact with it and a hole will open up. Enter it and the shop is in there.

I unzip the game and double click the Game.exe and get a message that says 'RPGVXAceRTP is required to run this game.' Does anyone know what this is or how I get it?

If you don't uses up all of you save files, then you don't have to, just transfers the save files, then you are good to go.

I'm not sure if they'll work more translations on it since from what I've read the devs told them not to share the full game anymore but I'd still appreciate if someone is kind enough to share with me the untranslated version.
