Have you tried crossing the road? There is a south part of the map, took me awhile to find out. You should be able to cross at a crosswalk which you can identify by looking at the white strips on the road.
Also, how do you activate the blackmail scene. Like the boss of the office told another coworker to get blackmail material of the FMC but I cant really get any subsequent scenes.

doesn't seem to work for me hmm.
Which h scene is this? Because the hints are organised by like h scene numbers and I cant really tell which hint I should be looking at.

Doesn't seem like Matsuda has a route which sucks. That's the one I wanted. You have multiple characters talking about how nice he is and how they hope he finds a girl to settle down with yet the most you can do is get dialog from him if your clothes are out of order. Maybe I'm missing something.
