It's because if you click on the post Patreon assumes you would like to join that tier ($3) but it's sold out which gives an error message and takes you back on the main page from the dev.^^

I'm not sure, she hasn't had a lot of content as of now. Tho the current update says there is a new sex scene of her, who knows what it entails.
If you choose for her to be a futa you can decide whether to be dominant or submissive with her, either way as of now you're the only one doing the penetration. Only the dev knows if that is ever going to change.

Sending them to work at the brothel is just you having sex with them in the brothel as a way of advertisement. There is no way for them to have sex with any other men besides the MC.
I figure there will come a point on the corruption route where you choose if they work there for real or if you keep them for yourself seems like the logical next step on that route.
