Lucy does not have a Corruption route. You always have to follow the romance. The crucial differences in Lucy are on who you choose to heal her. If you choose your father, she will become something close to human again, so the gallery will change.

That's because the later LIs aren't really a straight choice between love or mind break the way the earlier ones are. The "corruption" routes vary (Grace is a choice between love and "monster girl", Mia is a choice between dom/sub, etc).
