Bad optimization. The game has 2 to 3 GB of standing cg for the main characters. The kicker? 70% goes unused.

It also seems the localization engine team made some mistakes or bad decisions.
The original Jap game is only about 4 GB while the eng version is almost 8 GB.
The 3+ GB of extra space turns out is the standing CGs like you said.

The jap version used .webp images for standing CGs, while the english version, I don't know WHY, uses uncompressed .png files.
The sad thing is that things like that are not uncommon with localizations and are never fixed.

I thought that tag was only valid when the main protagonist is the one being cheated on.

It's NTR (Netori = MC steals a spouse) but there's an additional scene which wants you to feel like the spouse that's being cheated on so it's NTR (Netorare = Spouse POV while their s.o. is taken in front of them), as well. You can do a lot of things with words and h-scenes in a vn.

Oh wow, this is a really high quality game man, nice soundtrack too. Im having a hard time (lol) actually playing vn these days but the gallery was a good fap, especially the futa stuff, much better than i would have expected it to be.

The graph was made to help unlock all the endings, not for 100% cg completion. Looks like you're missing the side scenes.

You might have fat fingered the chinese translation button when you started the game for the first time. If that's what happened, close the game, go to the save directory, you'll find config.sd inside, delete it, then relaunch SV. You'll get to chose your language again.

I unironically wish the image size problem had been worse. If we got the original full HD cg set, the game would have been even ultra heavy, but the image quality would have been left untouched. A trade off i'm willing to make for glorious Butcha art.

Then the Netorare tag is invalid if there no actual Netorare for MC, the cheating tag is more valid
