it asked me before that screen. if you downloaded it from here, it asks you if you want english/jap/chinese
(I also double clicked the exe file to play it, instead of using a jap locator.)

It's NTR (Netori = MC steals a spouse) but there's an additional scene which wants you to feel like the spouse that's being cheated on so it's NTR (Netorare = Spouse POV while their s.o. is taken in front of them), as well. You can do a lot of things with words and h-scenes in a vn.

Probably. The harem endings are a pain to get to since you have to unlock the solo endings first. Even with a guide it'd take a while. I can give you some tips, that should save you some time:
-make a save each time you encounter a choice prompt.

-For your first three Rehab sessions rotate the order of the heroines. For example: NG-BL-MV, then BL-MV-NG, followed by MV-NG-BL.

-After that, when the fourth Rehab pops up you must make your most important save. It'll save you a lot of time (provided you didn't fuck up ther order above). Problem: You can't save directly one the Rehab screen. So you'll have to continue and pick a girl, scroll up, and use the jump back function to back just before before the Rehab screen pops up. Place your save here, and each time you unlock an ending, you can use to go on a different route instead of restarting the game from scratch.

-The second most important place is at the start of the final brainwashing scene. (Come back here when you'll have completed three solo good ending and/or 3 solo bad endings. Play the scene again, something is going to happen.)

Yeah. Quite rare. I can't remember coming across an eroge able to pull of that inverted netorare thing. This game is a good nukige in own right too. It doesn't use its gimmick to coast.
