Look for the book in the room where you change your clothes in the bar, its besides a bed where a dancer is resting.

Before while in battle you could skip the small sex animations pressing the Z button. But now you can't anymore with the new version. How can I skip those now? And yeah I finished the game but I couldnt make the medicine for the sick sister, I couldn't find that book anywhere. Any hint?

Damn, i finished playing this game and to be honest, it's pretty mediocre, the only thing deserving of praise here is the great art and the translation which is a masterpiece but otherwise, this game is pretty shit.
By the way. the corruption mechanic is useless, nothing changes when these numbers go up, seriously, why even put that corruption text on the menu if it means nothing?

Same reason why there are titles that are achievable but don't do anything, its flavor text. Would have been cool if it were more, but most porn games (JRPG esp.) focus on getting to CG porn scenes with minimal plot. There's even that boom of NPC games with no plot, story, or even expressions, its just a walking simulator to take the PC to Hentai CGs.
But who am I to judge, sometimes I also just wanna skip the BS grind and get to the CGs too.

To be honest, i prefer games like the Oneone1 ones that the corruption is a actual mechanic which gives you more scenes and variation on them as you progress.
I know everyone is not like me but i like grinding these stats to the make the characters sluts, it kinda feels like a trainer game but you are god and you are influencing the lives of these characters more directly through decision making, i also love when there is several endings.
I like choices in games in general as well, a lot of people feel like all these status checks in games like The Age of Decadence or Fallout new vegas are complete bothersome but for me, i absolutely love this shit!
Speaking of hentai again, i also love random flavor text that mentions optional shit you've done, like these games with titles that have NPCs mentioning your titles...
