You need to unlock the Red Oni of Ouma Scene in the Gallery Room by completing Memory of Foxes quest. After you finish it, it should be avaliable to unlock afterwards.

Hanahiru / Gofu Tragic Relationship and Kuroyokumaru.
When playing the game, it appears that Gufu and Hanahiru are just random acquaintances with Gufu working as a bodyguard for the brothel and Hanahiru as his boss. However, over the course of the game, it is revealed that there is a deeper connection that they both share, to the point which they had been lovers in the past. Yet in the present, those feelings seemed to have been buried as they have an antagonistic dynamic, with Hanahiru willing to fight Gufu near the ending, much to Gufu's dismay. So what exactly is the nature of Hanahiru and Gofu's relationship.
In the beginnning, we know from rememberance of a fox quest that Gufu was in love of Hanahiru. During the past when Gufu was rising to be the an important samurai for Sakabura that he began a relationship with Hanahiru, who was disguised as a human courtesan. He got so infatuated, he was planning on rejecting the arranged marriage to be with Hanahiru, which would be scandelous enough to marry a lowly prositute. However, this was not to be, as Hanahiru was just using Gufu to get access to the castle. Since he decided to not go with this and was persistent about marrying her, Hanahiru decided to drain him of his vitality with sex and kill him. This however did not kill him, but left him without his genitals which brought him shame to him and his family. His only use now being an assassin for the government and acting as a double agent for the castle by posing as a bodyguard and keeping an eye on Hanahiru. Unfortuanley for Gufu, their relationship seems to be a one sided, as Gufu was in love with Hanahiru but she was not.
Even after what she did to him, he still loves her or atleast has an extreme fondness for her. In the Dev Room, it is stated that he was the one who pleaded to have Hanahiru spared from execution for what she did and it is shown even in present day he has feelings for her. During the original timeline, it is shown that after Hanahiru had transformed into a monster, Gufu felt sorry for her. This stopped him from slaying her, despite Kira's wanting to put her out of her misery. He only does it when Susume gets kidnapped and this forces Gufu to finish her off in exchange for Kira letting him use the secret tunnel. Even when he does it, it is more out of regret then malice. The biggest example being ending B where after Hanahiru is killed for stealing the Mononoke Leg, Gufu mourns for her and eventually fights Omna and dies because of it. Gufu's heart can not let go of Hanahiru, even after what she did and plans on doing tragically.
So what does Hanahiru feel about Gufu. From her dialogue, can be surmised that she views him like how everyone else views him. A fool who got his manhood taken from him at best and at worst a samurai, the enemy. As stated in the flash back, she only intended to use Gufu as a pawn and decides to try and kill him to prevent their secret of being yokai from being found out. Thus it is reasonable to assume she was just manipulating him and her feelings were lies. However, during moments it can be seen that she did have some affection with Gufu. He openly declared to her that he wanted to marry her despite being a courtsan, throwing away his power for her. During their intercourse and afterwords, she speaks in a tone of somewhat reget of having to do this to Gufu. This might have actually turned into true affection had it not been for the fact she was a yokai (which I believe Gufu wouldn't have cared) and her prejudice against samurai. Even afterwards, there is case that she still cares a bit for Gufu. If you read Edakari's Notes, it states that during the original tournments, Enka's body appeared in front of Sakura before she could kill Gufu. While it stated that this was to cause either Sakura to kill Omna or vice versa, it hinted that it is possible this was also to save Gufu's life. If Hanahiru didn't care about Gufu, why have Enka's body appear before and not after Sakura kills her. The tragedy of Hanahiru is that due to her fear of the samurai and desperation to save the yokai, she can not allow herself to be loved and thus uses Gufu to further her goals despite her feelings.
So what does this have to do with Kuroyokumaru and what is it's deal. It is essentially a living dildo, described as a fleshy hard dick which moves and oozes cum like substance. We know from interactions that it is alive, pulsing like a real dick and being able to cum during sexual acts. During certain sex scenes, it revealed to be able to transform into a human like being. Turns out it belong to Nura who lost it (because she's a mad god) and it was found by Sakura who started using it. It is possible that Hanahiru gave it to Nura in exchange for favors, since Nura clear states it's her but Kira is clearly familar with it despite never meeting Nura.
Something that confused me is how exactly Hanahiru planned on using it for plans. She states they could use it as leverage to make the castle grant permission to open the Yokai brothel. How that would work is never explained. I believe it because of some sort of power that Kuroyokumaru has. It might be that Kuroyokumaru is able to transform into a real human, to which Hanahiru could use it as a fake potential partner to marry off to the castle. But because she was found out by Gufu who was still alive, she gave it Nura to hide it. If that is true, it could be a way to Gufu retain his manhood or a way impregnate everyone without an outside male to do so.
