is it at the start of the chapter 3 or end ?
as you can see its not showing for me and i did not purchase it as its not in my inventory.

My apologies, I made a mistake. Yes, the maid outfit is only available in chapter three, but in order to unlock it you need to use the ninja outfit at the osore pass stage 1 and gain the recipe book for the maid from the black box. That will then unlock it in Kirari's shop.

After getting all three endings, in the chapter select area, destroy the top Jizo Statue. Follow the path and it will lead you to a gizmo which will ask you to bring it three radios located in the boss rooms from Beast Mountain, Saino River, and Osore Pass. Play as Sakura again and retireve the radios highlighted in the those area and then return to the chapter select room. Bring the radios to gizmo, which will then unlock the true ending path. Then just play it through to the end.

i don´t get past the first chapter whitch is really good still i don´t find a sword can´t talk with 3 NPCs so 3 quests are impossible and even with the chain i can´t enter the deeper part of the forest

When you enter the castle, head left, left again, and enter the through the entrance. Once you enter, head left again. In the long hallway, head right and avoid the jump icon as that's a trap. Moving past the hallway, go up the first ladder, go up the far left ladder and up the ladder again. Head right and down the first ladder and then go up the second ladder to the next room. Once entered, a cutscene should play, which afterwards will take you to the last room before the boss.
Did you ever figure it out? I'm in the exact same boat and can't seem to figure out how to get the Kirari ending.

The Kirari Ending or Ending O is the base ending that is avaiable every time. As soon you make it through the Sakabura Castle and make it to the Mononoke Research Room, interact with Kirari to prompt the ending.
Here's a guide if you need it.
