From my opinion, sana's sprite bigger than the others is just to make the player more easier find her while cheating from the MC. If you dissolve the party, it is hard to find her if her sprite not big

The top is parameter sana willing to do lewd things and the down is parameter corruption level on sana.

Note : the top parameter raising if the party kill the monsters or get harrasment. Despite that, even you keep this parameter low. Sana will visit the NPC. So NTR is can can't be avoidable. If this parameter high, sana will be rarely at house.
