I'm sorry but I don't speak English and I rely on a translator.
English + 19 languages, but there are only 6 in the interface.
I'm interested in Italian but also a useful question for others, is the translation not implemented yet?
Currently, once the game is started there is no Italian among the available languages

Ok from what I gather looking at this page, the main protag is a femboy not a futa (not even arguing whether futa's have to be hermaphrodites, Ralph has no tiddies and his name is RALPH), with that in mind how optional/mandatory is the futa content in this game? Is it like one comment said "the main theme" or just something that's in but you can avoid/mitigate
