So to clear up some confusion that anyone may have, the original inspiration from this game was from golden masters comic series I’d assume, and awhile ago golden master sold the rights of some comics including sandy planet, to be free use somewhat, so the game wasn’t made at all by golden master besides there assets story from the comics being used, it seems like the actual developer doesn’t have a patreon or anything to sub to, and all the links on the steam page are to golden master instead of the actual developer.

I don't know how long you and many others are planning on having this discussion but this has been going on for years now... Don't you think it's about time you realise that the term 'Futanari' doesn't exclusively refer to people who have a dick, balls(not always) and vagina?
Even in the past the word has referred to both hermaphrodites and androgynous people, not just hermaphrodites so I really don't understand why we've been having this discussion in the first place. If a fictional person is born with an overall female body including boobs, but also a dick and balls (no vagina) then this person is a 'Futa', not a trans person. This is not an opinion, it's a very simple fact that has been set in stone for a very long time now. It's time to get your heads out of a non-existent past and stop this pointless argument.

By the way, here on F95, 'Futa' and 'Trans' share the same tag (in case you didn't notice). I think it's dumb and they should've separated those a long time ago in my opinion, but your comment doesn't make much sense since any game with the Futa/trans tag could have either Futa or Trans or both, you simply never know before you play or get confirmation from someone else.

Sorry bub. Wikipedia and chatgpt both say futanari people have male and female genitalia. A scrotum is not always present but breast, a penis, and vulva are. This site should probably separate futa and trans instead of sticking them in one tag.

You should probably get your information from more varied sources other than just Wikipedia and an A.I chatbot as both have been wrong plenty of times. But just for the heck of it I figured I'd double check your claim and either you barely read any of it or you deliberately skipped most of that page and only copied the part that suited your argument.
Literally the first sentence of that Wikipedia page:
"Futanari (ふたなり, seldom: 二形, 双形, literally: dual form; 二成, 双成, literally: "[to be of] two kinds") is the Japanese word for hermaphroditism, which is also used in a broader sense for androgyny."
That last phrase is a very important part you decided to skip over. An androgynous person is not always a hermaphrodite, all it means is "one who has both masculine and feminine characteristics." These characteristics can be either physical or mental (certain personality traits for example).
Even the very part you're referring to confirms my statement:
"In today's language, it refers almost exclusively to characters who have a female or overall feminine body, but have both female and male primary genitalia (although a scrotum is not always present, while breasts, a penis, and a vulva are)."
The word "almost" is not something you should just ignore for the sake of your own argument as it is a very important distinction in this context, I don't think I have to explain to you what it means. You also have to consider what a transgender is since that's what you're claiming these characters are. A transgender person is "someone whose gender identity differs from that typically associated with the sex they were assigned at birth".
The characters referred to as Futanari in these types of games and other media can (usually) not be considered transgender, as they were born with a feminine body (including natural breasts) but also a penis and scrotum and identify as the gender they were given at birth which is Futanari (at least in the games where I've seen it being mentioned). They are therefore androgynous which in this case definitely still falls under the category of "Futanari".
And even if you throw all of that out the window... Words have changed their meaning throughout history all the time, so even if it once meant that a character would have to have a penis, balls and a vulva to be considered Futa, that hasn't been the case for a long time now. It's time to stop having this argument and just accept that "Futanari" does not mean that a vagina has to be present.
