Maybe not on the artistic side of game design, but having worked for some pretty major companies I can honestly say that giving the janitors and people not beholden to a board a say in the direction or choices a company makes wouldnt be a bad thing in a lot of cases lol

Right. Maybe don't compare janitors and phone agents to randos online with all sorts of varied ideas about fetishes and content. (And I count myself as a rando as well, to be clear.) They really aren't the same at all.
My understanding it has been 3ish total 2 years in coma + however many months of rehab, so maybe not exactly 3 like they say but close enough to round up

I enjoyed so far, I'm going to sit back and wait for either it to be completed or a couple more chapter done. like unto chapter 4 at least.

Patreon was never going to be OK with incest, which is implied even if technically not in the game without redefined relationships. (I mean, the name of the game is literally Sara: Oh Daddy Part 2.) So I'm not really sure aging her up was for Patreon specifically.

Probably depends on other platforms' rules as well, though. Nightaku is on SS, yes, but also Itch.io and Boosty. I don't know what cutoffs on ages there might be on SS (if any) or on Boosty (I know practically nothing about that platform), but on Itch pages have been nuked or reduced to very limited payment options because of age-related content. But Itch doesn't seem to care at all about incest. So it's possible the up-aging wasn't only for Patreon, where the incest isn't a problem. It's hard to say for sure what Nightaku's reasoning took into account.

Well can't really say that I am surprised. The first release you didn't even need a patch if you had the URM mod you could just search for the variable named patch and change it to true and the incest would be enabled. The patch was just a trigger to activate dialogue that was already coded into the game so you can't even try to argue that it was fan made.

What I talked to the guy who makes the code, the vesion that was put in Patreon was without incest, not by patches, they made two different codes, one for Subscribe with Patch and another for patreon without incest. It was not the same game in code with patches. They were two separate projects. I asked him because I told him the same as you, that's why he told me that even if the files were opened there was no incest in the Patreon game.
That's why the only logic is that someone reported or denounced the patreon and gave them the game with incest.

I will never understand why someone would go out of their way just to report a porn game. You need to not have anything going on in your life if that is what you decide to do with your free time.

It is true, but there are people who do it, I knew another who denounced one, because he was dev, saw competition and denounced it. Just for that reason, I think that if you do not like or do not like it, then do not enter and do not play it, but leave it alone, I will never understand it. I know that Nightaku does not mess with anyone, I am a subscriber since v.01 of Oh Daddy, and he is already on his own, he also talks a lot on Discord and is very friendly and nice and helps in what he can, I do not understand people who want to denounce patreons, itch.io of a Dev just to annoy. I remember the time that they also denounced the first Discord and they closed it to him.

Yesterday I finished "Oh Daddy" today I finished Sara. A truly amazing game in the daughter/dad genre. after the first part, now there are really a lot of secrets here, as if someone is trying to separate a father from his daughter. I would say that the wife and sister are connected with all this bullshit...
