Im sure this is just the first step but it needs a lot of work still. I don't dislike it especially because I like card games.
I noticed 14.2 released while I was playing 14.1 so my complaint about bodypart changes not working has been resolved so that's great.
I've played a few TCG's in my day but not any of the card battlers, so most of my thoughts on it are coming from that perspective.
1) Phases and resources - Most card games involve various phases and have defined things you can do within those phases to prepare and set up plays and combos. I can hardly tell when it's my turn.
2) No cards in hand - When I have no cards my turn should automatically end, it took me forever to figure out where the buttons were that I could interact with. (I did see on the Trello a new tutorial is being worked on so I'm sure that will help)
3) Card variety - A lot of people are going to be here for the lewd and in that regard it doesn't feel that different from the old version. It would be cool if we could get like S&M like cards as well for the lewd deck that have different combat effects.
4) Having hover overs on the card effect like "Daze" and having it tell you what daze does would be nice. In fact a lot of the hover overs that pop up menus seem a bit janky and need a little bit more adjusting.
5) Card collection - I figured the way to get lewd cards was to perform lewd acts but there should be hints maybe over the card that give a clue about what to do to get it. It might be interesting to have other ways to collect lewd cards as well, learn a skill from a prostitute, perform out of combat actions, buy them from a shop.
I think with some more cards that have more varied uses, some more clarity in the menus, and a bit more depth the game will be really good. Card games are really complex and take a lot of work to get the balance right so good luck!
