Yes, there was a recent update on Discord from one of the mods that was not encouraging, unfortunately.

"A little update on the situation guys:

Please forget any ETA we gave you. Unfortunately the situation has gotten to a point that can only described as comical. The guys are working on it as best as they can but because of both their dev-income cut by almost 90% (as told by PurpleFellas) and the economic downfall of Turkey the progress is gonna be slow since they now have to work full time and can't afford to spend too much time on the game.

I don't know what else to tell you guys because nobody here wants to lie. It's only fair you guys know the truth so if you wanna change your pledges then do so. If you guys want to know more then ask via the channel and I'll ask them about your concerns. Just take the delay into account as I don't know whenever PurpleFellas is gonna manage to answer me with Discord being banned in Turkey."
