Normally, by standards, there is no 0.10 after 0.9. 0.9.x is usually the beta stage of a project, and the next version is 1.0 (full release).
Your opinion. Mine is that a porn game needs to have a well-written story. It very definitely is not just something you do. If it was, everyone could make one.
Kind of disagree, you can only do so much with pre-rendered graphics, you need good dialog and story to spark your imagination to fill in these limitations, without it one mine as well just look at standard porn.

Funnily enough the current update is probably the pinnacle of hamfisted cringe. That whole couples therapy shtick with the PC as the "better" more mature boyfriend was like a parody of all porn game power fantasies.

Agreed, althought it plays out differently if u have bad karma...
Overall bad karma is way more fun to play imo, especialy the scene with Maeve and her brother. U also can have ful sex scenes with Vanessa & Olivia...compared to foreplay for being nice guy.
But i really hope we can get Ruri, she is one of the most attractive characters in the game imo.
I would glady trade her against Olivia, i'd even give Daisy as a present on top of it

If it was math, you'd be correct, but these shouldn't be read as decimals, 0.10 comes after 0.9 in game development.

It's very unlikely that he will update a beta version cause it has bugs and typos that are not fixed yet. No modder updates a beta version as far as I know.

That's not a standard, it's a misconception.
A software versioning standard widely-adopted is SemVer (semantic versioning), structured as follow:
x.y.z
x -> Major update, usually 0 for prerelease to 1+ for something stable
y -> Minor update
z -> patch
some letters can be added to denote release type, examples:
- 0.1a could be the first release, hence an alpha test
- 1.2b.3 could be a release of a patch (.3) for a beta version of 1.2
Reflecting this on AVNs:
Major updates are huge milestones (like a final release), something stable that you are ment to not change in a short time.
Minor updates are small milestone (like new features or new chapters), something new that adds value to major release.
Patches are small updates like bugfix (typo in text, variables not set, graphic glitches, etc), something that doesn't add value to any release, just some sort of correction.
In this case 0.10b just means that games is not final (major = 0), a new chapter or feature has been added (minor = 10) and that's a beta version (b); no bugfix released yet (patch = 0, implicit).

Well there are no ifs. He did do it for the beta last time. It is pretty easy to check. Just go to the OP and click on Walkthrough/Gallery/Cheat mod and you can see he modded the 0.9b,

Wrong, that's not how purple-fellas label their updates. The Beta would've been v0.9 Beta followed by v0.9, v0.9a, v0.9b etc with the letter signalling a bugfix.
This doesn't mean scrappy won't produce a mod for the beta but your reasoning fails due to incorrect information.
