This seems to be formatted correctly, you can do with removing all the extra new lines though so it doesn't look so wonky. That being said do you have a Patreon or some sort of dev website you can link to?

Also you can click on 'Report' and ask for the game to be moved to the 'Games' thread and if all is good they will move it for you if not they will let you know what needs to be fixed.
