I realized what it was thanks to closeopenbrutal pointing it out. Honestly don't know the titles of a lot of projects that I am following on Ci-en.

Btw about tbe 3D images of Ryoka. I don't have a single source but rather multiple.
Instead of listing them, I'd recommend searching for 夏色のコワレモノ in Pixiv.net
Pixiv is a gold mine btw. Not just for Hentai but there are some super cool artists who make wallpaper material artworks. Some whose bookmarks I could quickly find:

I really like this artist that does fanart scenes of the game. This is probably one of my fav scenes they made:
The description/story of the post is also well thought in a hot way imo. I know this person is just using Emotion Creators program , but , I find most of his works hot. Damn , would be even nicer if it has sounds and voice added into it.
