I mean, the NTR-scenes itself are good. Personally, I would see this game more as a Female Protagonist-game than male protagonist to be honest, since the male protagonist does not really do anything... Unless you want to go the non-sex route.

the stalking on ntr day is definitely one of the important idea shinachiku has when he's thinking about making this game
The male POV is sorta the whole point of the NTR genre, seeing the love of your life corrupted.
Also, from a writing perspective it's a lot easier to do it this way, as opposed to make a female protagonist and get the players to care about the boyfriend they're cheating on.
I prefer a female protagonists most of the time, just not really in the NTR genre.
