For real? I played it like 2 times, and never seen any other events than these in the gallery

Yeah, basically.
this is mostly my personal taste I guess but Yasui (the delinquent) is definitely my favorite, of course being the darkest route consisting of blackmail with a guy she actively hates unlike the other routes. There's also quite a lot more content in it than most other routes than Oyama's and maybe Daisuke's. It also has BY FAR the best Keita POV stuff, there's even some unique scenes that aren't in the gallery when you work at the hotel.

To see that scene, you need to check the dairy of Ryoka in his room, in that place you can see from his side of view what really happen.
Are all scenes only viewable via the notebook? Or some of them you can peek at the door?
You can kinda peek/hear some scenes, but to view any CGs, it's gotta be through the diary.
That's a generous release date. I wouldn't be surprised if the author says he has long covid 1 month before the release date and tells he wants to push it to 2025 to prioritize his health
The game was going to be released in december of this year, but the author reschedule the date to mid 2024 because he wanted to some new scene and redo other. The game is practically finished, but he is just adjusting what is going to release
