Get all gachapon items (edit save to get a bunch of money) and gift them to Saki. Then you get the bottom left route.

Open MTool
Drag the game exe (the game will open)
then go to "translate" tab and load the "ManualTransFile.json" file.
The game should be translated now

Was pretty good all things considered, I wish the Oyama route was a bit more out of the gate lewd, feels like we took five steps back from the end of the last game and we spent the entire route retaking those 5 steps. Can't give a full review tho as it's very hard to understand a lot of what's happening with crappy Mtool translation.
