How do you enter the temple? I see references in the Gallery but don't know how to unlock them. Even though I unlocked the swimsuits there's no option to change clothes to them, nor did the twin sister unlock.

Start a run with any of them (or your fav) and proceed to scare them unconscious.
Once she's knocked out, instead of proceeding with the sex or jack-off, select to "do nothing".
You should then get a prompt of carrying her back to the start, where she will be dumped into the temple for you to proceed with the sex there at the end of the courage test.

I know that one, what I'm trying to say is after they passed out. I saw on the preview image that they can wear those clothes because their tops were drenched too but I don't know how to do that.

Talk to them after they soiled themelves and they will ask for a change of clothes.

Your Windows (or whatever OS you use) needs to be able to interpret the Japanese characters correctly that are used in the code of the game.
