For bug with Hailey and Tenma at the cafe, it's because you haven't completed the cafe/bar event yet. So you can't access to the cafe.

Depends how you know ntr.
For now only ntr in game related math teacher scenes. (you can avoid those)

You will be the one causing ntr in this game for now.

Some people finds voyeurism scenes as ntr.
