I've had others with similar issues, not sure what it is. The only thing can try is grab the windows version and copy over all the files from renpy/common/ folder to the mac renpy/common/ folder.
It's a very rare issue, I've only seen once or twice.

Cheat codes for this update:
rizz99 - Sets everyone's Exp to Maximum including Coyote Club and Hawk Club when possible.
pocket77 - Gives you 55555 sCoins.
collection66 - Unlocks all the scenes available in the Gallery. You can access the gallery by opening the in-game menu. You can't access it in main menu. Note: This cheat code won't unlock the "?" meaning the Others part. Since secret object locations are for our $20+ patrons, we'll share that code with the Packed Content post.
capture44 - Unlocks all the date photos on your phone (including the photos from the messages).
bag22 - Gives you lots of collectable materials like flowers, seashells, bars, gemstones, etc.

As far as I can tell, there hasn't been an update to the incest patch because there is no new content with the family members.
There are three gallery scenes I can't figure out how to unlock for the life of me. One involves Katie, another Emma, and the third is in the "others".

Edit: just redownload the game, at least when it's extracted you wont lose your save
