Late in the game you'll be able to go to the cemetery, the second time you go there you can interact with the bench to get the achievement.

Just click on the hawk club of the in game hint system it will tell you what to do
Coyote club is at this level

I did this a while back so I don't remember the details but given the info you gave, if Teresa is lvl 7+ you should be able to get Rachel to lvl 1
Edit : if you give me a save I can look what you need to do.

Where is Stera's Shop? I have completed everything in my book except for L10 Coyote Club and I don't remember who Stera even is...

I haven't played in a few updates and it would seem they removed part of the Emma and Angelica 3some. Specifically the part where they eat each other out. I guess they removed it for patreon reasons...not sure of any other reason.
in Friday afternoon at the entrace of the school, when you see Teresa outside press spend time with her
