Can you use this with the cheat version of the data.win file, or do you put it somewhere else?

Hm I've looked at the file and I guess the author failed to mention they added keybind cheats?
With a quick look I've found these cheats were added :
O - block gameover
G - heal player
T - set player hp to 1
H - restore player armor
B - double gold
N - give gold
J - max white bar
K - raise pink bar by 40%
R - get downed in one hit

So I don't know if I need to merge my cheats with this existing.

Currently impossible to decensor everything because no tool exists that lets you recompile Spine animations back into the game. You can decompile the animations and make them uncensored, but you cannot swap out the censored Spine animations with new ones. Someone would have to rebuild the game from the ground up, or make a gallery from scratch with the uncensored scenes.

Lack of updates usually means there's nothing they consider worth showing. It's not a big deal.

Unfortunately no, there was a lot of art that was discarded and not finalized by the creator due to pressure, I didn't know why the witch was cut but even the witch has movement but Uzura didn't implement it.
