Dude, just skip it. Like I said, it's most likely Non-Canon or Avoidable. Just play the main canon story instead. I personally don't mind it, for me more sex scenes the better, penis is penis, it doesn't matter lol and I am a Patreon supporter of his.
Probably he changed it and will implement once the whole 4 seasons are finished and done with.
I am speculating on the current stuff posted on his Trello.
Things might change on the long run. We'll see.
