how many endings are there. i had 2 different endings by far since very 1st choice to forgive or not kinda determined the endings it seems. end with mom or end with 4 girls, and im guessing on eighter endings MC still fks his sisters. but on the harem ending he had no chance with his mom

A young man must move in with a former role model that abandoned him. Will he be able to forgive, or will he not be able to make up for lost time.

For being on the plus side of the story, MC has to reconcile or learn to live with conflict in his life. He can have a second chance at having a family or keep running to this or that girl while having a dumpsterfire raging at home where his mom resides.

Mother and son relationships, when the son is a solo act with no prospects of settling for anyone, let alone for his mom, are messy everywhere in the world. Evem Superman parents had worries of their son living alone and running away from the responsability of being Superman: Lois hated Clark and loved competing with him while throwing disdain at him at the Planet, while Superman had her swooning for the Alien she can never have - who in his right mind would put up with a woman who hates her male peers and competes to throw down and outsmart, outplay, outperform them in her personal and professional life?

That's exactly what it sounds like.
The second chance is the worst endings because it eliminates anything possibly going fully wrong and the MC gets a slightly happier ending.
