Maybe a not for babies tag needs to be added. Game is a hell of a grind but there is a sort of sense of accomplishment that comes with it too. If you need a 100% save and a walkthrough you may as well be watching porn imo.

Man i can grind with the best off them , i tried. It just doesn't have enough pay off for the grind. Vanilla witch trainer (it turned out much shittier than its early promise) sucked but was worth it...this doesn't have that tease of fun ahead. Maybe it will improve, who knows.

how can I reach the cocktail scene with ella?
I've won 3 times and she went to "dive" of the cliff.then I started losing and we went to the cafe and I placed hand on her ass.but that was it.she just talks about potato chips and stuff like that and then we go to the others and the scene ends...

May be you should lose instead of winning the volley-ball games ? Do it and try again.

I won only to get the cliff scene.After that I'm losing all the games to get to the cafe.but the cocktail scene won't trigger.He just places his hand on her ass and that's it.

I forgot the number of times you must lose/win/ in order to trigger this scene, but it's not that difficult. Try to win 5 times, lose 5 times and try again. Btw, what option do you choose when you play volley-ball? Don't use the one where the MC says " I'm a cheater ".
Maybe your MC don't go to the club and not drink cocktail? 1 times is ok.

This is what I did(based on the walkthrough):
Now you have to win 3 times the volley game ( not important consecutively) until Ella jump off the cliff.
From now on you must lose all the games and pay for drinks.
First time you lose beware the hotspot “Place for hands” on Ella’s ass.
Continue play and lose until Ella agree to drink a cocktail, follow her un bathroom beware hotspot “occupied!”, hotspot “Click”, hotspot “Place for hands”, get a good fuck with her.
but the cocktail part never happens.I've lost like 20 times now but nothing happens.
Also I chose the Swipe option before the games.

Sorry I didn't understand what you meant.
My MC lost so they all went to the cafe,then he touched her ass and that was it.Nothing more happened.
You must open the club location (work & etc), drink cocktail. In the cafe you order the same cocktail.

No need to be impolite.
This is what happened:she said I will do something later.
There was no option.I go in her room,click on panty hotspot and that's it.she goes to the club and nothing else happens.

No, it's not cause you are high level, the club event trigger Thursday Lala room but:
1) you must be done to all the event before with her.
2) you must continue help her with homework until Thursday the event trigger.
