There's no hotspot. Go through the plot and there will be a choice to buy a swimsuit.

After spending a shameful amount of time working through it I just used Unren to get access to the image and video files. Not quite the same as the real game, but I'd recommend trying it.

I'm shit with all that stuff mate. Deleted the game again but might look into that if I try it again in the future.
