The mod works great if you install it correctly and run the game through "load game". After install the mod launch game, save and close the game. Then start game again and load save. That's all.
I'm playinng v3.0, and I have followed the instructions to the letter but it still refuses to work

Then the issue has to be related when playing the exe file through wine since the mac version is broken
