I've beem having this weird bug for quite some time

I have this event unlocked, but every time I start the game, it is locked.
When I use any chat event, it appears in the gallery again, until I exit the game, and then it happens again.

This was reported in the Discord. Not sure if today's Patron update got it so it'll be at least 2-4 weeks until it gets fixed on your end again

Fixed in 8.41, wrong variable was loading.

Fixed in 8.41 and in 8.40 public (on itch.io), weird bug that took me some time to understand, sorry for the issue.

Have you realized that this game is like standing water? it doesn't go any further. We need something new to raise our interest for that.I think that with the addition of a woman mc to the game,you will gain interest again.

Yeah but all Alex will do is triple the time he'll have before completing the game. He would literally have to remake the game just for the Female MC's POV on top of possibly changing core mechanics.

You're saying the game is like standing on water but you're only suggesting Alex move from one standing of water to another. Nothing would change and again, would only triple the amount of work for one game.

That will kill the game.

2 times more developer-hours = half the size for each update.
...And that's not even counting a couple of years for remaking the base game from the female PoV.

From what i can see in the screen shots, this is one of the true brothel sims like game. A shame that us mobile users cant play it.:cry:. Welp gotta wait how many years for an android port. Phone is better to fap with than computer.;):sneaky:

Sure. How about update the backroom?
Or, skill CG (Take out, etc), they're so underwhelming right now.
Or, more importantly, update the in-game animation when the girls sitting with their client.
For ex: Have the client kiss or grope the girls if the girls have high enough lewdness, or something like that.
Because you know, right now the in-game animation is so basic.

While I'd definitely appreciate in-game lewds - but animations are, probably, the most time-consuming suggestion possible.

What wouldn't require a lot of dev's time - and what I'd really like to see personally - is the rework of the 'Quick Choice system'. Which doesn't do anything right now. Not for the porn side of the game, nor for gameplay.

You work, then get a random popup for a quick choice - but that choice should be about lewd stuff.

For example:
You get an SMS from Cinthia: she has a 'problem' with a client. And you have a choice - instructing her on how she should 'solve' it. To which - maybe after some time - she responds to you with a teasing text. Making your imagination work.
Maybe making her disappear for a period of time. Or finally utilizing the backrooms in a non-silent sterile way. Dialogues in sex = important.
The same with other maids.

Advantages of such a system:
- The 'Quick Choice' system is already in the game. You don't even need to program anything new.
- Every new such event consists entirely of text - which allows you to pump them in the easiest and fastest way possible. Which, on the other hand, in the long run gives players a lot of random hot teasing events to catch during repetitive work hours. Simply because you can pump them out like hotcakes whenever you are bored.
And even if you add a pic there at the end, it's still 1 quick Koikatsu pic - out of a hundred for every update. Not a full-on animation.
- And, let's be honest, writing carries this game - not the visuals. So why not utilize it more in the gameplay?
If you didn't want to make VN, but want to make a porn game - gameplay needs to be sexy.

I'd also like to see more animations in the backrooms and in the cafe, especially related to what happens when using the maids abilities. But I agree with the other commenter - that would probably be the most time-consuming part of the job. Despite that a game would look more expensive in the future
