It is a bug that has already been reported and the dev commented that it would be fixed in the next version of Patreon, which I believe will come out at the end of this week or month.

Is there any workaround for the bugged sport trio and instant crash cookie event? It's blocking out a decent amount of the client content for some of the other girls too

I just replayed from the beginning because I wanted to test different methods to see if there's faster ways to grind for money, and I noticed something weird on the first day.

For some reason this happened more than a few times, but for some reason there were multiple clients per table. Usually it would say that the cafe is too full/ crowded and they wouldn't enter, but this was a strange bug because I could not only serve them, they didn't get mad like the game itself thought that because a maid was already tending to a client at that table then the client is being served even if they are present at the same table as another client. Like in total a single table had 5 clients sitting there, and another table had like 7.

Just a strange bug I figured might be important to mention.

Hey everyone!

Thanks everyone for your comments and for checking out the game.
Answering some questions today.

I've tried it before the public release, but it was boring. It was just clicking, no need for stock, no need for the 1/4 of the screen, you just was looking at the cafe, without movement. I'm sorry but I won't be changing this basic way.
But I will consider on adding the perk (second level of Synth-IA maybe?) that will do that. I will see how will I feel with it.
Thanks for suggestion.

Alex
I just wanna focus on responding to this part in particular. I understand what you're saying how it potentially felt boring to you to just sit there and watch nothing but the cafe with nothing to do, I totally get that. However having said that, it's too much of a hassle to mouse over to the item to drag and drop on a particular customer. You have a Maid sitting right there keeping the client company, it should be noted that the customer is already being tended to by your maid so arguably this should be an automated process to simply double click the food/ drink icon bubble that pops up over the clients head.

If a client was forced to sit at a table with no maid I would understand a drag & drop because Sergil would be the one tending to them instead if there are no maids free'd up to tend to a client themselves.

Again while I understand it may seem boring to just sit there and watch as things happen in the cafe, you would for one still be double clicking the icon above the clients head instead of drag & drop. But to mull out an idea to curb the "boring" aspect of such a change, simply give Sergil tasks to do inside the cafe, he can clean/ cook whatever (in fact, why do we run a maid cafe and there are no chef's hired? We get our food stock from Emilia but that shouldn't prevent us from performing as a type of restaurant that cooks meals for our customers while they eat some appetizers? This could curb the boring part of sitting and watching all actions be automated. Sergil can prepare meals -- just hopefully if you implement that idea, don't make it some tedious mini-game, just give him access to a kitchen with food to drag/ drop & prepare to have meals made for customers.)

I have to say though I do enjoy this game, in fact the only complaints I have is how stressful & tedious having to drag & drop a food/ drink (and sometimes fumbling multiple times by the way) to a client, and how much grind it has just to save up money. To keep the cafe fully stocked on supplies it cost around 2k every day yet that doesn't always yield a profit, I would recommend perhaps lowering the cost of either upgrades or some food items, why does a slice of pie cost 100g for example and who in the world would pay 100g for only a slice? I know the image is only a slice of pie but that's a tiny bit under-represented for its price when the image probably should be a whole pie and not just an image of a slice of pie. There isn't any reason that a successful cafe shouldn't be yielding almost 5k per day but especially this is difficult to do during Boss events because you're forced to focus more on dealing with them than tending to all of the customers -- if anything, that should be my biggest complaint is having to deal with random mini-games in the middle of all of that when you already have to drag & drop food/ drink items to a customer.

I'm not asking you to make a boring game, but I am asking for some improvements to innovate what you've already created here. If this is gonna force me to upgrade a Synth-AI level 2 in the future I really don't mind but note that if you do that, I must stress to request that you don't force it to cost more than 3-6k. Already in the game there's so many upgrades that you have to grind money for that this shouldn't be forced to be some skill you have to upgrade but I'll take what I can get. I honestly don't care how boring it is to sit and watch a cafe, as long as its got an interesting story I'm already hooked. What I care about most is fine tuning the money grind situation which is annoying enough as it is.

What I'd like to see in the future is just simply double clicking those food/ drink icons above a clients head if a Maid is already tending to them and do some adjustments to make grinding for money less infuriating to manage. From the Shops food/ drink items to the Items shop, Upgrades & Back Room (not to mention also the Back Room Upgrades), the money grind is so infuriating and annoying to manage. There's no reason why the cafe can't yield more than 4-6k per day if the money grind is gonna be that demanding.

Anyways I hope you do keep up the good work. Don't feel too discouraged from my complaining though, you should totally focus on just creating the game you envision. Im just some random noise in the background offering feedback.

I agree with this, i play avns on my desktop but sometimes i also play on my laptop and its really annoying dragging stuff with a touchpad, so a simple click or double click would help immensely.

The least I could suggest is making it an option in the in-game menu, something to toggle on/ off. Hopefully it wouldn't be too difficult to implement but honestly it's up to the Dev.
