Few things that I think are bugged?

1) The button to talk to dad in the office at night is unclickable, can only continue sleeping
2) Chloe is always home at the same time the teacher is? So you can't get that scene to complete.
3) Teasing the Dad with the school outfit scene doesn't complete in the journal

If i remember correctly, you can't.
This is one of the endings, once you step into that house there is no going back.
Or atleast thats how i remember it.

That's one of the endings confirmed by dev. So while you do have options to progress and unlock more scenes by gaining stats, if you unlocked every scene it's dead end.
