There's no game quite like it to my mind, in terms of width and depth of options and the freedom to explore them. But there are a lot of feminization-focused games, many of which can be explored by clicking the sissification tag at the top of this thread.

The great granpappy of many of these was Perverted Education, which inspired a lot of successors. That game has been through the hands of several dev teams since then and I'm not sure what state it's in currently, but I think it's fair to say that in the early days, PE and Secretary shared somewhat similar vibes, except that PE's MC is younger so it revolves around school and family rather than the workplace. It is (or at least used to be) a more linear game, whereas Secretary has opened up a lot more options and paths over time, to go along with the main plot.

If you want something more plot-heavy and are willing to venture outside HTML to the lands of Ren'py, then Shattered is another popular one. The writing never really clicked for me, there's an odd jump where the MC suddenly switches from being forced into feminization to embracing it wholeheartedly, but it's a somewhat more plot-and-character focused story rather than just the porn delivery that characterizes a lot of HTML games.

There are many others and I could go on, but the mods tend to frown on extended discussions of other games in specific game threads. You may have more luck asking in the game recommendations subforum, which is the intended venue for this sort of thing.

Disclosure note that I have, in the past, written for PE. I would also recommend Masculine Mystique and SLUT Academy (both available on tfgames) for text-based force-fem html games. This is talking ~vibes, etc. if you want something of the scale/scope of Secretary... I don't think there is such (also, play pattern dependent, Secretary probably represents the far end of trans-supportive gameplay, most other games in this genre default more towards the forced/sissification side of things).

Tenant's not bad...in fact its actually pretty good but that is pretty much on an indefinite hold. It's pretty dry right now. Alot were abandoned. I may look in to Masculine Mystique. Slut Academy I'd have to look either that is in between updates or I got rid of it. Don't remember which. The Company is pretty decent and in that you pretty much have total control what happens to MC but there's some rework going on that. You might want to read the devblog because with some of their future releases old saves will be meaningless.

The Company the mc can stay male, female, etc. Also playstyle determines Dom/Sub hard to get locked in to a particular set. There are however a couple ways to.

They marginally increase the effectiveness of hormones at growing breasts/shrinking penis (if enabled, respectively), and can slightly change some text. Tblockers are primarily there because something structurally had to 'take the place" of chastity when such was disabled.

It is an occasional ask, but structurally it would be approaching an entire other game. There are dominant opportunities in the game (with Alex and at work), but, eg: getting out from under Antlers would be diverging from core gameplay.

With the recently added options to drug Antlers' food, we've at least been given the opportunity for a limited (as in: only a partial revenge) happy ending, even if only as an epilogue. But of course adding those off-shoot epilogues is a far different proposition than entire different paths reversing the dynamics of the game.
