The sissification is the core premise of the game and unavoidable, although it comes in different flavours, from entirely voluntary to violently forced.
The MC can succesfully resist or at least avoid being completely consumed by much of the other content for the first four acts (if you disable the "forced bottom surgery" and "forced hypnosis" fetish flags in the options), but by act 5 practically all of it seems to become required to proceed, unless you disable the flags entirely.
I enjoy playing the MC as being able to resist by their own wits and willpower, which is largely an option up to the endgame. Removing obstacles in their path by just disabling them as the player is much less appealing. But eh, can't have it all, and I appreciate a lot of the game up to that point.

Currently replaying the game back from the start and seeing the bugs so here's the latest bug fix update, just put it in the folder where the game is and open the game version in the zip, you can go to the page where the bug is to confirm if it is fixed ;3

It's time, 1.0.0 is ready for public consumption, we hope all of you who have joined us on this journey, or are just arriving, enjoy the work we've put into this project that grew beyond anyone's expectations, and that the core story provides an ending that is at least as satisfying as the winding path to reach it.
Some notes/answers to common questions:
Q: Is this the end of Secretary?
A: No, while 1.0.0 is a massive milestone that marks the inclusion of the actual "endings" to the game and the full core story that we intended to tell, there's a bit more work to be done.
Q: So... what's left?
A: As diligent as our pre-release testers have been, 1.0.0 will certainly be seeing its share of bugfixes now that the whole wide world can hammer at it, plus a couple of scenes didn't quite manage to be edited in time (curse February's shortness)
Q: After that... is 1.0.0 the final release?
A: No, while this is the final "large" release (and a large one it is, our biggest to date on every metric: exceeding the all-time "average" of 95k by nearly 50%), there remain a handful of "side content" items that fell through the cracks, plus some quality of life code-fixes that we've been evading for varying lengths of time. We will continue with the every other month schedule for at least a couple more releases to "fill in the gaps," so stay tuned to Patreon for 1.0.1 pre-release to be kicking off soon, and a poll or two for things to get added to it
Q: So it's Secretary forever, then?
A: No, while we will be supporting and polishing Secretary for a bit longer, we are also spinning up on a completely new project, with the aim to have it going in the background so that when Secretary is done we can have a first playable Alpha for the new game.
Q: But... what is it?
A: Stay tuned! We've been mostly deep in the Secretary mines, but we have been putting together design-work and will be having an official announcement for the "next game" soon!

All characters have one or more endings depending on your choices, think fallout "slideshow" style.
She is dateable as of 0.9.1.0, 1.0.1 will add a scene where you can collar her.
See the public post on substar/patreon, there's some additional side/QoL content that will fill out at least a couple more releases.
You need to progress through Hank's content, once he invites you to the studio it is available from the city centre.
We will be figuring out some sort of solution for those.

I think the game is great. Even if the repetitive work makes me irritated, I am actually attracted by the plot and can't stop playing. However, as a porn game, I feel that there are not enough descriptions and pictures of porn scenes (maybe you can try AI Generate pictures? At least I don’t mind), especially the ending. I deliberately tried BAD END. The description is only a few paragraphs. I hope that more will be added in subsequent small patches and updates, and I am also looking forward to the next game.

Note that you can use drugs to skip past some thresholds (e.g. the drone infiltration task; I never saw that one on my playthrough).You can use the warp system to skip ahead setting your own choices. The game has so many permutations that someone else's save is almost guaranteed not to be what you want.
