A new content release happens every other month. In even numbered months patrons/subscribestar get access to a test prerelease while we work on the art. In the following odd numbered month (once the art is finished) it will go out publicly. At present 0.8.6 is is pre-release, 0.8.5 is public. In July 0.8.6 will go public, in August 0.8.7 will go into pre-release and so on. The average release is just shy of 80k words, though that's been going up and every release this year has been over 94k (for size comparison The Hobbit is 95k words).
If hard bestiality fetish is active, it's rewarded at the end of the "druid" RPG campaign, otherwise it's at the sex shop (soft bestiality required)

Its just an example, its pretty early too, I advanced further in the story but decided to go back on this save. Almost always I can only play with my nipples and cant release hornyness. Very very rarely the masturbation option shows up, it seems random

If you mean added in 0.8.4, RNG, you need makeup skill > 10.
If you mean 0.8.5, the "dog" maid event has additional scenes, you need to have unlocked the sex club + also progressed with the maid cleaning event where you sub to a Mistress.

Not sure if the dev will see this, but found a bug with the new v0.8.5.7 version that I doubt anyone else will run into because you have to be really hard headed about RPing stubborn refusal to see sensible options.
So, the new version includes an ultra strict route. Here is what I did to cause the bug to appear:
Cursed her out about the secretary position. Then went to work the next day commando. Then went to the mall and bought boxers and socks and went to work wearing them instead getting them burnt. Then went to the mall again to repeat the futile buying and wearing to work.
She proceeded to again burn the clothes but this time swatting his butt. However an error window popped up.
As an aside, I also deliberately tested a few other things. One thing in particular is probably not working as intended but didn't cause bug errors afaik. You can unlock post-grad level smarts very early in the game pre-rent day by spamming the computer courses over-night on a single day. You also can go an entire night without sleeping by using a mix of playing relaxing games, and coffee (although your code makes the coffee part stop working after a set time, it starts up again early enough to get in another 2 doses before work.) The end result is leaving for work with almost no fatigue or stress and plus some additional spendable willpower points despite no sleep that night and spamming university courses.

As a result of the clothing macro bug, she sends him to go to work completely naked. And opening the inventory window up and attempting to put on clothes will not work. So you work the rest of that day's shift as a nudist and no one in the elevator, coffee line, or anyone anywhere else you meet during random events notices this fact. Most amusing is if you random luck RNG the first meeting with the ultra modest prude girl who starts out wearing baggy clothes in multiple layers and she stands there with you conversing completely normal with a naked guy - even if you are quite horny.

The latest bugfix ending in "af" fixed the no clothes error. You can still force the early game post-grad tier 14 smarts though by not sleeping. Of course doing so also leaves your game in a huge debt at the start once the rent is deducted. I have not yet had enough time to play it out far enough to see if that is self-corrected with debt punishments.

New bug found even in "af" version.
Plugsuit vr caused a popup error.
If it helps find the bug, I decided to use the "Answer yes to everything" option which meant he was forced to accept the contract without reading it on the first visit Friday evening. This new popup error occurred on the followup Sunday evening visit.

fixing things without a save - particularly thigns where you're doing convoluted steps is very time consuming/unlikely to be successful. I need a save at the point where the bug occurred.
Getting smarts that high that fast is only possible with accelerated xp, which at the high end is functionally cheating so /shrug.

I'm fine with uploading saves, but not sure what preferences you have. Do you want a save just prior to the bug happening so you can self-trigger the popup and see the code breaking as it happens, or just after it already has happened so it presumably is in the log? And how / where do you want it uploaded?
