Bro! There was no sad attempt, I appreciate you getting a version out for everyone when I had to take a break due to RL. But yeah, the mod rolls into the next version (e.g., the 0.4.07 mod I put out is what's in 0.4.08, and this updated mod today will be in 0.4.09, and so on).

Does this have a good deal of netorare content or is it tagged this way for a few scenes of swinging/netorase?

It has (optional) netorare, though it isn't an exclusive ntr game that focuses on it.
It's from next update after 4.0.8?Still the best Redhead.

Its the catch 22 of the whole character, and one that many stories find themselves if they have a character like Rowan that comes with a good amount of background influence, if he acts as smart as he "should" be, then game ends in 5 minutes with him getting reinforcements and killing the twins since its shown in game that without him their whole plan crumbles under their mismanagement.
There is no real good explanation outside of "love and fear makes you reckless" but i would say the scenes are of good enough quality for people to accept the set up.

after the war country's leadership thanked him for service and then told him to fuck off only reason why they are listening to him in second part of game is because it turned out they still need him.also there is whole plot point and one of way's twins try to turn him on there side is that despite hes service and heroics he literally got jack shit.
he is farmer for love of god when games start's and if you listen to what rowan says its not because of his love of cabbages or farming.

Either you didn't actually read what was written. Or your ability to comprehend what you read, is severely lacking. Because at not point in that comment. Was there a complaint about the NTR happening, to get a response about "optional." Hell, half the comment is him fantasizing about what Alexia's infidelity, would mean for Rowan later on.

Yes during start when Rowan asked for help to go into bloodmeen to rescue and kill demons Duke warden he says why he believe peasant guy he says Rowan imagining things their is no demon so literally that dude tell him to fuck off so Rowan go alone and get capture and I think asking deanara for help it takes him months to travel to prothia and during that alexia maybe get killedif only rowan asked someone to give him troops maybe everything would have been different

No bro we are in act 1 and I say it's just the beginning we capture Rosalia their other 5 realms so killing demon is off the table until we come to capturing all realms like prothia probably the last one
Its borderline annoying how people seem to only take an extreme side , its either "Because rowan talked with one man that is shown repeatedly does not like him he would have never gotten help" or "He is a tactical genius"if only rowan asked someone to give him troops maybe everything would have been different

He gave up after being refused by the worlds most obvious anti-peasant raising guy in the game , but he is still a hero of the realm, his situation comes due to people like that used their own influence to block the attempts to give him proper rewards, he has been shown has having friends with power , is respected by the people.
He tried once and gave up, did not try to get in contact with his actual allies instead going by the people that were nearer. Point still stands, if Rowan had used his head, there would be no game. Unless the devs changed the beginning again.
It makes sense why he did not take the time, Rowan is a heroic man that loves his wife and does not want to risk it, i don't mind it and it allows the game to happen. But saying that he had no allies is incorrect.

But that one guy is most important guy in Rosalia and that Dumas's king doesn't care if Rowan tell something so maybe he need to go to daenara who is the one who gave him chance because of skills but it takes lot of time and maybe if demon find that they probably kill Alexia and I think that warden tell him why he should believe Rowan he is just a poor peasant

I think his only allies is daenara she is the one who take him into her team to eliminate karnas all of the nobility hate this guy so he need to travel prothia for help and it takes lot of time if demon find out they may be killed alixia
